Chocolat Bonnat is a traditional chocolate factory founded in 1884 in Voiron, France, by Felix Bonnat. The business has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, chocolatier Stephane Bonnat is keeping the Bonnat tradition intact and crafting some of the best chocolate bars in the world.

This bar is a pure 75% cocoa dark chocolate from Mexico

The story of Kuna Balam tells the intention of protecting the birth of a little jaguar in the Mexican jungle within our family plantation. In order not to disturb his coming into the world, part of the plantation has been closed. After he left, we realized that old and special cocoa trees dotted this part of the plantation and we decided to make a chocolate celebrating this extraordinary event.

Their aromas with fruity and woody flavors awaken in us a feeling of protection and strength at the same time.
