A light honey harvest mid July from the drier side of the Coast Range near Blodgett. This honey has a rich buttery, almost salty flavor from the different set of wildflowers that bloom along with the wild blackberry.

Oso Honey Farm brings you a wide array of varietal honeys harvested from the heart of the Willamette Valley to the coastal tidelands of the Yaquina River Estuary. Beekeeper Henry Storch has been gathering and breeding locally adapted honeybees for over a decade in the remote parts of the Oregon Coast Range. These PNW adapted bees make earlier honey crops by working in the cool and damp conditions found in the region. Henry works with local farmers to pollinate crops that produce unique varietal honeys to compliment the wildflower honeys harvested in the Coast Range.
