We are excited to add Totten Inlet, WA mussels to our Ekone line of products! The mussels are shipped whole to our plant for processing. After the meats are removed, they are lightly brined then cold smoked.

Each 3.5 ounce can is made with fresh ingredients and no preservatives. They are also shelf stable for up to four years!

Ingredients: Mussels, Salt, Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Sugar, Organic Garlic Powder, Organic Onion Powder, *Citric Acid, Natural Smoke.
