Citrusy sweet perfection!

An ode to citrus, bright and brave, a sweet and sour we all crave. Grilled lamb for dinner with lemon salt will tickle your tongue to somersaults. Or chop up tomatoes, herbs, and chili: topped with salt on fish ain’t silly.  A dance of flavors, bold and new, under skies of endless blue. For dessert it’s orange-salt sprinkled brownies sure to turn frowns to upside downies.  Forever summer’s tangy touch, please pass the salt, again, yes please.

Grapefruit Flaky Salt - Fresh, jumbled flakes for any tequila cocktail! Or sprinkle on all manner of salads - kale and cranberry, shaved fennel and parmesan, nicoise, butterleaf lettuce with mustard vinaigrette.

Lemon Flaky Salt - Fragrant, floral flaky pyramids with candy-sweet lemon flavor for salmon, Caesar salad, avocado toast, fresh pastas and more. Or sprinkle on shortbread cookies. Also fantastic as a sprinkle on a Paloma!

Orange Salt - Citrusy, flaky flecks of orange for homemade tortilla chips, braised short ribs, brothy white beans with herbs, and more.
