Our favorite seasonal flavor we've ever made is back!

Savory, umami, herby, oniony crystals are a revelation! Solar-evaporated sea salt infused with flecks of toasted onion and thyme. Sprinkle with wild abandon on sour cream mashed potatoes, risottos, salt-crusted ribeye, roasted veggies, homemade parker house rolls with lots of butter, French onion soup, grilled cheese sandwiches. Or add a few pinches to sour cream for an easy, tasty onion dip.
