    Versatile and smoot - subtle smokey notes that goes well with salad, crudités, fish, or as finishing salt for various egg / meat dishes.

    I love this salt to finish off fish and vegetable dishes. It adds the right finishing touch. I use it and the Halon Mon Gold as my go to finishing salt.

    I have been ordering from the Meadow for years. The salt is wonderful. My favorite salts are the smoked ones. I also love the vanilla infused salt for baking and topping oatmeal. How did I very live without the salts. They add so much flavor. Great customer service as well and everything arrives very well wrapped.
