Back by popular demand... now available in individual jars! In our house, saucy things are king, so we've made three limited edition salts inspired by them.
Sun-evaporated Sicilian sea salt infused with Dijon mustard, whole brown and yellow mustard seeds, and a whisper of malt vinegar. Sprinkle on homemade pretzels, bratwurst and sauerkraut, or add a pinch to a vinaigrette for other-worldly salads.
Ingredients: Sea salt, yellow mustard seed, distilled vinegar, malt vinegar powder, turmeric, brown mustard seed.

I'm loving the mustard salt. Yes, it's perfect for fresh homemade pretzels, but I'm also envisioning it in potato salad and am brainstorming other ways to use it. I got several other salts from Bitterman's and am impressed with the quality. They're a different product entirely from the cheap flavored salts you get in the grocery store. Highly recommended. The scorpion salt and the Fleur de Hell are definitely not for weenies! :-)
