A pure 70% using beans from the Ucayali River in Peru. This bar has flavors unlike any other we have tasted. It's tangy and nutty and has such a nice floral tone to it. Our customers agree this is a unique bar with an amazing melt and complexity of flavor!
Stone Grindz specialize in small batch single origin craft chocolate.
Single origin chocolate is taking beans from one farm or one central fermentary and bringing out the most outstanding flavor profile possible using only cacao beans, cane sugar, and cacao butter. Sometimes it takes upwards of 25 different roasting profiles to really dial in on the sweet spot for each bean. We don't believe in cutting corners.
Our passion lies in this process, tinkering and using these extremely high quality beans to push the limits and surpass the expectations of American Craft Chocolate. All while making people happy, evoking emotion with our flavor, and being transparent throughout the supply chain with happy farmers.
