Campfire Smoked- Slow-smoked over applewood, this salt produces an aggressive, campfire-forward fragrance and flavor when sprinkled over beef, game, poultry, and fish, as well as pastas or dishes with cream sauces.
Icelandic Birch Smoked - Naturally mineral-fresh, smoked sea salt has an unctuous yet snappy crunch that lends anuanced aroma to lighter foods like roasted vegetables, steamed mussels and clams, fried fish, and fresh green salads.
Mesquite Smoked- Seawater is solar evaporated in green houses where it is warmed and evaporated by the Atlantic sun, then smoked with mesquite wood. The resulting salt crystals are dense chunks, with a balanced hearty-smoked flavor perfect for meats, cheeses, and salads.
