This Trini is addicted to this Scorpion Salt. It must be because of the Trinidadian Moruga pepper. I put on everything! Took a week to acclimate but hooked for life.
We love this salt and use it everyday! From our eggs, potatoes, salad, pasta dishes, and so much more. It has the perfect amount of spiciness and salt to meet our palates pleasure. We normally buy it at the shop directly but ran out during the physical/social distancing, stay-at-home order. OK, so addiction is a serious word and obviously nothing to joke about, but my family and I have a borderline dependency on The Meadow's Scorpion Salt! All somewhat inappropriate joking aside, we use this salt virtually every day to add a dose of heat that amps up flavor without being overwhelming. We'll be ordering this salt for a long time, and if it ever goes away, we'll have to invent new adjectives and adverbs to describe the depth of our despair.
