Sacred Summit is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Portland, Oregon. They produce small batch, bean-to-bar chocolate using only the finest quality, fairly-traded, ethically-sourced cacao. Specializing in single-origin chocolate, they use only 2 ingredients, organic cacao & organic maple sugar. The maple sugar comes from Vermont, and brings out rich complex flavors in the cacao. Each cacao bean we use has its own unique characteristics & tasting notes, creating a different experience with every bar.
