This beautiful chocolate bar is infused with sparkling white wine & dried raspberries - the perfect celebratory treat! Sparkling wine-soaked cacao complements the sweet tartness of the raspberries. 

So why Apres? Apres is the French word for after, as in, the party after a great day playing in the mountains. Ritual originally launched its Limited Edition Berries and Bubbly bar in early 2020 as a celebratory bar for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. It quickly became the go-to celebration bar and they decided to make it year-round! 

Ritual is located in Park City, Utah, where they combine the best old world techniques with newer machinery to continue to learn & craft the highest quality and smoothest chocolate possible. Ritual establishes long-term partnerships with farmers and co-operative farms that engage in practices that support heirloom genetics and sustain the farming community. Every partner is actively setting the bar for the highest standards when it comes to environmental consideration, flavor quality, economic sustainability, and social impact.
