Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters

Peychaud's is an historic bitters label, currently crafted by the Sazerac company in New Orleans, Louisiana. The recipe was invented by 1800's apothecary Charles Peychaud, which supposedly started the cocktail tradition. This Bitters are historically used to make the Sazerac cocktail. But you can try two or three dashes in anything classic: Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, and more.

Flavor Notes: Anise, hibiscus flower, wood, licorice.
