This milk chocolate bar is crafted using cacao beans from Madagascar.
Chocolate maker Kjartan Gislason started Omnom chocolate in 2014, after 18 years of career as a chef working in Iceland, Norway and Sweden . Inspired by the new movement of bean to bar companies, Gislason opened a factory which is housed in an old gas station on the little peninsula of Seljarnarnes. Omnom has only five employees and every single aspect of their production is hand crafted, wrapping included.
