Tasting Notes
Chocolate butter cookies, hot cocoa and a hint of cinnamon. Nicaragua holds a special place in my heart.  Years ago, I started sponsoring a child from the country and it was on a visit to meet her that I learned about the rich history of cacao, the land it comes from and the people who grow it.  I’ve been on a quest to find extra special beans to craft my first Nicaraguan bar and believe I have found them.

Nicaragua is a beautiful country known as the land of lakes and volcanoes.  The beans in this bar come from the highly protected and remote Bosawas Natural Reserve in the northern part of the country.

Ingredients: Organic cacao beans, organic sugar, organic cocoa butter.

Net weight: 1.6oz/ 45g.
