This hazelnut milk chocolate bar is made from Ecuadorian cacao, old-fashioned A2/A2 organic whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm and roasted Oregon hazelnuts. A2/A2 milk comes from cows that produce only one type of protein: A2 beta-casein. It is most natural to the human body and easily absorbed.

Started in 2020, Moku is dedicated to spotlighting cacao farmers around the world, and handcrafts high-quality, bean-to-bar, single-origin chocolate from raw, direct trade cacao beans. Moku's direct trade beans are sourced from farmers in Nicaragua, Peru, Dominican Republic, Sierra Leone, Madagascar, and Colombia. Direct trade ensures socially-responsible compensation to the cacao farmers and fosters prosperity among the farming communities with a focus on integrity, quality, and environmental sustainability.
