Manoa's signature bar is sprinkled with a layer of roasted cacao nibs and coffee beans, the latter grown on Waialua Estate, a 155-acre farm overlooking Oahu’s renowned North Shore.
Manoa is a bean to bar chocolate company based in Kailua, Hawaii (only cacao producing state in the US). The company also grows coffee beans, lavender and ghost pepper for their all-local-ingredients infusions. Manoa dedicates lots of effort in maintaining their operation as sustainable as possible. Their packaging is entirely biodegradable.
