Join us for our Master Class series on salt block cooking with Mark Bitterman, author of Salt Block Cooking and owner of The Meadow. Together we will cook and eat a variety of foods from the book, from Salt Crust Scallops with Thai Lime Dipping Sauce to Salt-Melted Chocolate Fondue with Crisp Bacon. You'll also learn proper methods for heating, freezing, cleaning, and storing your block.
Mark Bitterman, James Beard award winning author and owner of The Meadow, will be your host. This 1.5 hour class includes food, wine and an in-depth discussion of everything you ever wanted to know (and everything you never knew you always wanted to know) about cooking with blocks of Himalayan Pink salt.
