George Paul vinegar is unfiltered and made using slower, old-world styles, which can take months or even years. As the wine acidifies, a small amount is removed for bottling and more wine is added, producing a consistent product. Most other modern vinegars are produced rapidly in highly concentrated batches and then diluted down. This vinegar is 100% straight.
The raspberries are grown in the Sandhills region of northwest Nebraska on the Johnson family farm.
