When friends started growing Ghost Peppers locally, we just had to find a home for them to be showcased. The beauty of the ghost pepper is in its slow heat- the heat creeps up slowly, really allowing the flavor of the pepper to shine through. Ghost Pepper bitters allow us to create cocktails that showcase the flavor of the drink with a slow increasing heat that satisfies the imbiber that wants spice, without drowning out the other ingredients in the cocktail.

An initial balanced mix of spice with a thought of ‘this isn’t so bad...’ But wait for it — and then the heat makes its grand appearance and you realize it's too late to back out! They don’t call them ghost peppers for nothing.
