Crow & Moss 70% Colombia Aruaca Dark Chocolate
Crow & Moss's Colombia bar uses beans from the Aruaca River Basin on the border with Venezuala. The farm is owned and run by a second-generation cacao grower named Elizabeth Agudelo. It’s a highly approachable chocolate with a round, full flavor profile, ripe stone fruit sweetness and nutty finish. You can't not love this one.
