From one of our favorite regions in Italy - Puglia! We love this pasta with roasted tomato sauce and meatballs.¬†Try it simply with broccoli rabe and chili flakes, or bake it with lamb ragu and cheese as they do in Matera.¬†Cavatelli translates to "little ears" - not only is this fun eating, it's delicious to boot.¬†
Cook for¬†8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
