Sliced fresh into bite size morsels, the octopus is given a gentle steam before being hand packed in tins with sunflower oil, onion, paprika, and salt. The result is a pulpo product that is equally delicious piled high on bread as it is tossed in jasmine rice with razor thing shallot and heaps of fresh herbs.
