Cocanu's first bean to bar project, this chocolate bar is crafted using the prestigious cacao bans from Camino Verde, Ecuador. These beans are cultivated by Vincente Norero, a revolutionary personality in the contemporary world of cacao farming. 

Flavor Notes: Honeysuckle, walnut and guava.

Cocanu Chocolate is a chocolate confectioner based in Portland, OR. Chocolatier Sebastián Cisneros founded Cocanu in 2009, and since then he has been dedicated to craft chocolate confections with a strong emphasis on creativity. 

We pick, pack and ship orders around the clock. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Many orders are shipping sooner than that! Please note orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
