We love all the BItterman salts on our popcorn. Yes, they seem expensive, but a little goes a LONG way!
The cheddar salt is totally addictive. Great with poached eggs, hollandaise, asparagus, sautéed zucchini but best of all simply sprinkled generously over a warm slice of fresh baguette with butter. Yum! The truffle salt was surprisingly tasty, exactly as described . And the Pinot Noir salt is a classic I’ve been buying for a while and using for sous vide filet mignon.

Jar of dill pickle got accidentally dropped and broke. Never even got to use it. Wish you would tape close the glass lids on jars. Have had them come off in transit and lost salt in box as well.

Received our three special salts this past weekend. Very nicely packaged and love the containers. Immediately made some popcorn and used the smoke cheddar salt. Fantastic.
The cheese flavor is very subtle. I find I have to use more to taste it, but then the popcorn is too salty. That’s my fault, because it’s salt, not cheese flavoring. The glass jar it comes in is very nice and I’ll definitely reuse it. So far my favorite salts are the baking and boiling ones.
