Ingredients: Bitterman’s Fine Traditional sea salt, coriander, coconut palm, garlic, onion, Kala Namak salt, black pepper, ancho chile. In short, sea salt and plenty of other herby and spicy and savory goodness.
I've added this to salads and soups, and it usually adds a nice bit of warm earthiness, like mushrooms without the funk, but if you put it on top of plain avocados (my most recent favorite) it brings out a citrus note that's really lovely.
