Bitterman's Sparkling Rosé Wine Salt

Back by popular demand from the vault... now available in individual jars! Sun-evaporated flake sea salt gently infused with springy-refreshing rosé made in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Sprinkle sparkling rosé flake salt on lemon-thyme roasted chicken, rosemary focaccia, melon sorbet. Or up your cocktail game with a dash or two of this salt in your next Salty Dog cocktail.

We're particularly loving this salt as an accompaniment to a cheese board. Here's how to DIY at home:

  • One soft,earthy sheep's milk cheese
  • One funky, sweet blue cheese
  • One hard smoked cheese
  • Plus a rustic baguette, a few grapes, charcuterie, and maybe a dish of olives

Serve with a little dish each of your choosing: Sparkling Rosé Salt, Chardonnay Salt, or Sokol Blosser Pinot Noir Salt. Pair with a glass of Sokol Blosser Pinot Noir. *Chef's Kiss*
