I'm thrilled with this product.
I never thought I would enjoy specialty salt, to me salt was salt.
Not any more!!
This is a truly wonderful product, not to be confused with your standard grocery store garlic salt. My first use of the garlic salt was in a compound butter to accompany some yeast rolls. Since then, I've used it in pasta dishes. I hope Meadow continues to make this.
It seemed like it was extra moist and I didn’t feel like it added much flavor.
The truffle salt, of course. This weekend I brought it to an AirBnB with friends. And now they’re hooked on it too!
This garlic salt has a great garlic taste that is the closest to fresh garlic as I have ever encountered in a seasoning salt or blend. It’s rich enough to elevate the flavor of your food, but at the same time it is mild enough not to overpower other seasonings. It is very versatile; use it for anything you like salted and garlicky—it’s especially good in soups, Italian dishes, biscuits/rolls/garlic bread, roasted or sautéed vegetables, baked potatoes, eggs, steak and shrimp.
