Love this salt on summer fresh salads. Cantalope as well and don't forget cucumbers!
I love lavender in just about anything, but I found this to be particularly delicious on top of a shortbread cookie! I think it would also work well in any sort of savory dish using French components, such as Herb de Provence.
As wrong as it might be for my blood pressure I love the Lavender Salt on a piece of buttered toast. It's a perfect start of the day.
