Arvum takes sweet Moscatel wine and combine it with sherry vinegar from the region of Jerez, Spain to create this semi-sweet, full-bodied vinegar using the traditional solera aging process.

This Moscatel Sherry Vinegar will add a subtle sweet complexity to any marinade, sauce, or salad dressing.

Ingredients: Wine vinegar, sulfites.
