A Cabernet Sauvignon and chestnut honey condiment: intensely flavored with a floral, woody aroma and made from deep, dark chestnut honey and classic Cabernet Sauvignon wine. 

Mix with sparkling water or wine for a refershing drink. It pairs beautifully with fruit such as melon or summer peaches or in a salad with a blue cheese or with Parmigiano Reggiano. Also perfect in savory applications to deglaze a pan of roast pork or duck.
