Who could predict a trans-Pacific Ocean love affair with Japan would eventually bring us to the heart of Tokyo?! But a shared passion for the delicious, a love of making human connections, a boundless appetite for discovery has bonded us. In March of 2019 we opened the doors in the almost impossibly busy corridors of Shinjuku Station. Seven days a week we share our passion for craft salt, chocolate bars, cocktail bitters and fresh cut flowers. Seven days a week we teach, we learn, and groove to the vibrations of a growing craft food movement in Japan and across Asia.
