NW 23rd Ave. • Portland, Oregon
Temporarily Closed due to COVID-19
In the summer of 2013, we opened our third shop in the historic Nob Hill District of Portland at 805 NW 23rd Ave. This is the same neighborhood where, rumor has it, Asa Lovejoy and Francis Pettygrove flipped the coin to decide Portland's name (Pettygrove won!). This location is our largest (by about 50 sq ft) and plays host to many hungry travelers and curious tourists, especially during the warmer summer months. We sell our largest collection of chocolate bars here, at about 400, and the entire back wall is made of quartz-colored slabs of pink Himalayan salt. The wall, of course, was built by Mark himself.
