Mystery Salt

I was intrigued by this and added it to my order. I received the Maine Apple Smoked Salt, and wasn't quite sure what to do with it, but we tried it on salmon--delicious! And sprinkled on a salad with blue cheese, also a great combination. And on Brussels sprouts. Very tasty! Not sure what's next, but I'm sure it will be good. Thanks for this opportunity to try at a bargain price something I wouldn't have necessarily chosen on my own.

Mustard salt is new to me and delightful. --Good on pretzels and probably a reuben sandwich. Your packaging is quality.

Smoked cheddar salt

Not very cheddary, not very smokey, and also not very salty — but still delicious, like every Meadow salt. It was really nice on a creamy cauliflower soup.
