    Was a Gift

I gifted this to my line cook partner who finished it all in two weeks. He used it on roast chicken to get a better maillard effect and described the flavor as slightly cheesy, very umami. Would highly recommend!

    A Little Goes Along Way

We love all the BItterman salts on our popcorn. Yes, they seem expensive, but a little goes a LONG way!

    A new staple!

The cheddar salt is totally addictive. Great with poached eggs, hollandaise, asparagus, sautéed zucchini but best of all simply sprinkled generously over a warm slice of fresh baguette with butter. Yum! The truffle salt was surprisingly tasty, exactly as described . And the Pinot Noir salt is a classic I’ve been buying for a while and using for sous vide filet mignon.

    Catherine,

Thank you for the delicious review and for all the amazing ideas! You're making our mouths water...is it dinner time yet??
