Bitterman's Portland Salt Trio

*This salt is part of our limited edition Portland - New York - Tokyo Series*

This trio includes three small jars of salt:

Wild Berry Flake Salt - Fruity flecks for breakfast and dessert! Hand-harvested Norwegian flaky sea salt infused with raspberries and blackberries. Sprinkle these fragrant, fruity flecks on Sunday morning pancakes or waffles (with lots of unsalted butter and pure maple syrup). Give roasted salmon a crowning finishing touch with a scattering of these salt crystals right before serving. Or sprinkle generously on homemade cinnamon rolls, apple pie, drinking chocolate and more. Move over Lemon Flake, this one's coming for you!

Backyard Hops Salt  - Fragrant, floral, citrus surprise! Flaky, hand-harvested Norwegian sea salt crystals infused with fragrant hops flowers and pure hops oil. Use as a finishing touch on grilled dover sole, scallops, or any white fish. Scatter over grilled or roasted vegetables. Use to rim a cocktail, like a Hops Margarita or Bloody Mary.

Forest Mushroom Salt  - Umami mushroom flecks for meats and pastas! Hand-harvested, sun-evaporated fine grained sea salt crystals infused with chanterelle mushrooms. Sprinkle these flecks on burgers, steaks, chops, or use as a finishing touch on cauliflower, potato or cabbage gratins. Go full umami and sprinkle generously over pappardelle with sautéed wild mushrooms (in lots of unsalted butter, of course). Or revisit a classic comfort food and use to season your next beef stroganoff. A fantastic sister salt to our Mushroom Flake Salt.

Great fun gift!

My daughter-in-law asked for something different and "useful" as a Christmas gift. My son suggested your Company,so I ordered the salts and some dark chocolate. Both we a BIG hit with my DIL. She is still raving about the salts and the fun ways that she is using them.

Portland Salts

I have tried the Forest Mushroom salt in pasta sauce, meatloaf, and steak. It is delicious and give a nice hint of mushroom. The other two salts I have gifted - the berry salt to a baker friend and the hops salt to a beer lover. I will pass along those reviews as I receive them. Great idea! Thank you!

Love the Portland Salt Trio! They are all distinctly different, and a great addition to our food and drink (hello wild berry and mezcal) creations! I loved them so much I bought two more as gifts for far away friends…. bring a little Portland into their kitchen magic.
