The Meadow's Classic Vinaigrette
Combine all ingredients in mason jar. Put lid on mason jar and shake vigorously to combine, about 20 seconds. Serve immediately over fresh bitter greens. We like escarole, but arugula, dandelion greens or frisée works beautifully.
Ingredients: Fleur de sel, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, sage, lavender, fennel, blue spruce oil
My husband loves Herbes de Provence and that inspired me to buy Herbes de Northwest. I’ve used it on roast chicken and in salads and it is terrific. I will use it a lot and buy more in the future. Delicious!
NW Herbs... have a permanent spot with the salt, pepper, etc on my cooktop now.. used often. Disappointed: never. Didn’t know what my meals were missing without it.

I wasn't sure the first time out, but it's my new favorite seasoning on eggs, on summer squash, roasted green beans, and peppers!
I am crazy about all of your salts. But, I honestly haven't opened this package because once I do, I'll have an open bag of salt in the humid summer. My suggestion - lose the box. Find a heavier gauge plastic bag that is resealable. Print all of your good info right on the bag. The last thing anyone wants to do in the middle of cooking is fumble with a box and then bag that doesn't seal. Sorry, I would just like the quality of your packaging to match the quality of your amazing salts.
