everything was as expected. curious about the pumpkin salt that was added. tries the wasabi and was delicious with sushi.
OMG. Fabulous! I am a salt freak and I love this one. So far, I have used it with shrimp, salmon and mushy peas. It was a perfect compliment to both of these proteins and the mushy peas. The wasabi aspect is there but subtle. Great product.
Not bad flavors, but mostly it tastes like salt. There are some herbaceous flavors, but we don't detect any wasabi flavor. Just salt mostly. maybe we got a bad batch where they left out the wasabi...
We often grill Salmon and the Bitterman’s Wasabi Salt is a fine addition to enhance the flavor.
