Fresh grapefruit bursts from the bottle with bitter tannins of grapefruit peel and the earthy notes of the gentian root. Developed in a 100-year old pink house, the team of alchemists founded Pink House Alchemy through the love of food and flavor.

Spring in the garden cocktail recipe
Serves 2 (you and your mom)
- 3 ounces Portland Syrups Strawberry Lime Syrup
- 2 barspoon of Fee Brothers Hibiscus Water
- 6 dashes Pink House Grapefruit Bitters
- Chilled club soda or Cava
- Lime wheels, for garnish
Combine the syrup, hibiscus water, and bitters into a champagne or coupe glass. For a non-alcoholic drink, top with soda water. For a cocktail, top with cava. Garnish with lime wedges
