Harvested from the Isle of Rhé off the West coast of France, this sel gris is harvested according to the traditional methods introduced by Cistercian monks in the 13th century. Coarse and rich in minerals, these crystals are ideal for salt crusted fish recipes and for finishing grilled meats.
