This is a wonderful seasoning. So far I’ve only used it on a couple of roasts, it definitely raises the level of your cooking. Do yourself a favor and try it, you will not regret it.
My son calls it “Upscale Lawry’s”, I call it a perfect blend that can be used on almost any savory dish. Great in guacamole, salad dressing, pot roast.
I got a jar of this in my salt subscription box and was not sure what to do with it at first.
Now, it is the staple flavor of my new favorite side dish: black beans simmered in a tablespoon of butter with a little cayenne.
I've added this to salads and soups, and it usually adds a nice bit of warm earthiness, like mushrooms without the funk, but if you put it on top of plain avocados (my most recent favorite) it brings out a citrus note that's really lovely.
