• Oregon's Flying Pig Bar: One of our best sellers. Lillie Belle takes really good bacon, chops it fine, cooks it crisp, caramelizes it in maple syrup, then mixes it with milk chocolate and a dash of smoked salt. Yum!

Lillie Belle Farms is a bean to bar chocolate maker and confectioner based in Southern Oregon, founded in 2005 by Jeff Shepherd. The company grows many of the ingredients at their organic farm, and teams up with Oregon artisans to source premium ingredients to use in their infusions.

We pick, pack and ship orders around the clock. Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Many orders are shipping sooner than that! Please note orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
