This salts delicious,full of umami, and worth every penny. I eat it on eggs, rice, pasta, pizza, and especially popcorn.
I used this on popcorn last night and it was a good choice. The balance of truffle and saltiness were just right. I like truffle but sometimes it can be overwhelming for me.
Alchemy happens when you have this ready to add to the widest variety of dishes and foods...… Pasta? Made more flavorful... Popcorn? No need for butter.... Apples with a welcome zest? sprinkle a little on fresh cut slices.... You can augment this list.... It's so marvelous, we carry it traveling.....
