Fun, flavor-packed braising salts designed to easily elevate hearty fall and winter dishes. Braise short ribs, brothy white beans, carrots and root veggies, chicken thighs and more, beef, beans, veggies and more to perfection! Or use anytime of year to add a little extra flavor to your favorite dish. 

This trio includes three small boxes of salt:

Rosemary & Thyme Braising Salt Rosemary, thyme, sage and marjoram, plus coarse, minerally, chunky sel gris for braising chicken thighs, root veggies, especially carrots, or use to season a pot of creamy braised white beans.

Ingredients: Sea salt, rosemary, thyme, sage, marjoram.

Citrus & Peppercorn Braising Salt - Two types of citrus (lemon and orange!) plus coarse ground pink salt and Tellicherry peppercorns for braising everything from chicken to buttermilk marinated leg of lamb to collard greens and green beans.

Ingredients: Sea salt, cheddar cheese powder (milk, salt, enzymes), jalapeño, cilantro. Contains milk.

Smoked Paprika & Chili Braising Salt Smoked paprika, onion, garlic and fresh chili for braising beef short ribs (!!!), shredded pork or pork ragu, carnitas, other shredded beef dishes.

Ingredients: Sea salt, smoked paprika, onion, garlic, chili powder.

    How to Use Braising Salts
    For meats:
    • Preseason generously with braising salts and let stand for an hour, then sear in a hot pan. Season again with braising salts, combine veggies, liquid, and additional spices and braise in oven.
    For veggies:
    • Don't preseason. Add braising salts right before going into the oven.
