Heavenly combination of flavors

The combination of the fennel and almond is heavenly! The chocolate itself is smooth and complex on its own, and getting little bursts of deep flavor of fennel with the crunch of the almonds is wonderful. The fennel and almond complement the chocolate without overwhelming it. So delicious!
