In April 2009, Bertil √Ökesson and his Brazilian partner Dr. Angelo Calmon de Sa, purchased the historic Fazenda Sempre Firme in Bahia, Brazil. This chocolate is made with the cacao variety called parasinho, harvested in the middle of the Mata Atlantica where the highest biodiversity on the planet is found.

Flavor Notes: Woody and earthy, with subtle notes that evoke autumn scents, tobacco and tart cherry.

Ingredients: Organic cacao, organic cane sugar, pure organic cocoa butter, emulsifier.
