Chocolat Bonnat is a traditional chocolate factory founded in 1884 in Voiron, France, by Felix Bonnat. The business has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, maître chocolatier Stephane Bonnat is keeping the Bonnat tradition intact and crafting some of the best chocolate bars in the world.

Characterized by a round smoothness and a flavor rich in nuances, Bonnat chocolate is highly recommended to try as your first high end chocolate bar.

This chocolate bar is crafted using cacao beans from the small village of Chuao, Venezuela. These beans are considered to be the best in the world to make chocolate, and are available in very small quantities.
