The class I want is full, can I be added to the waitlist?
All you had to do was ask! Send us a quick email with your name, the class you’re interested in attending, and the number of spaces you’d like to reserve. We will contact you if anything opens up.

Will I receive a confirmation email once I've signed up?
Yes, you will receive a purchase confirmation email shortly after you’ve placed your order, with the name and date of the class, number of tickets you purchased, and total amount paid.
Will I receive tickets in the mail?
Nope! Once you register, your name is added to the class roster. Just let us know your name at the door, and you’re all set.
Will my card be charged now or once I attend the class?
Credit cards are charged at the time of reservation.
I can't make my class. Can I cancel?
All tickets to The Meadow’s classes and events are nonrefundable. In the event that you cannot make a class, call us at 503-251-7436 at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event to receive shop credit. Tickets cannot be transferred to a future class date.
Does The Meadow ever cancel a class?
Yes, on rare occasions we cancel a class due to low enrollment. If this happens, we will transfer your tickets to an alternate class date of your choosing. In the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g. tornadoes, tsunamis, hurricanes, fires, floods, blizzards) we reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class until an alternate date can be found.
How much food will there be in class? I'm worried there won't be enough to eat.
We do our best not to send our guest’s home hungry. All of our classes are designed with you in mind. At our Salt Block Cooking Class, you’ll eat: Watermelon, Feta + Mint Salad, Salt-Crust Scallops with Thai Lime Dipping Sauce, and Salt-Melted Chocolate Fondue with Strawberries. (Sometimes we fry up an egg or two, too!) At our Finishing Salt Class, you’ll taste: bread and butter, cucumbers, and pineapple with various salts – and lots of black truffle popcorn to snack on. And of course, at our pop up dinners the food is plentiful. At our BYOB Class, you’ll taste: wine, various cocktails, and lots of salty snacks.
